Do you ship internationally? No, at this time we don't ship internationally. 

Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes? Yes.  Please make sure you include the unit and box numbers with your APO/FPO/DPO address to ensure your package is addresses correctly so it will arrive in a timely matter.

My package was damaged when it arrives.  What should I do? My package was lost in transit. Occasional packages are lost during shipping.  Please contact us at info@greatsouthbaycandles.com so we may initiate a claim on your behalf and send you a replacement order.  Include your name, order number and any additional about your lost package.  We can't be responsible for misdelivered packages for an incorrect shipping address that was provided, therefore a claim can not be processed with the carrier.
