What is a candle warmer?

A candle wax warmer, tart warmer or a candle burner is a flameless alternative to melting candle wax and enjoying your favorite fragrance in your home or space.  They use candle wax melts or wax tarts by placing them in the warming dish. As the wax melts it omits fragrance into the room.  Wax melt warmers come in a variety of different types and styles.

Electric candle warmers use incandescent light bulbs as a heat source to melt the scented wax cubes.  Other candle warmers use tea lights that warm the scented wax melts.

Electric Wax Warmer

This type of wax burner uses a warming bulb or directly plugs into an outlet to heat the wax and each has a removable dish on top that can be easily cleaned after each use.

The 2-in-1 candle warmers have a candle warmer plate that serves as a candle jar warmer by placing it on top of the heat plate to warm the wax.  As the wax melts it emits fragrance in the air just like a lit candle.

Pluggable Fragrance Warmers

This type of plug in wax warmer eliminates space used on a table or countertop and come in a one piece design or have a removable melting dish on top.  They use wax warmer bulbs as a heat source to warm up the scented wax cubes.

Tealight Warmer

These candle warmers use a tealight to produce heat to warm up the wax melts in the melting dish.  Since scented wax tealights give off a scent of their own you will want to use unscented tealights.

How to use your Scented Wax Warmer

Depending on the size of your warming dish, place one or two candle melts in the melting dish. You can add more but don’t overflow the dish.  Turn it on and within a few minutes enjoy the fragrance filling your room.

We carry a beautiful variety of soy wax melts and different candle warmers to accent any home or space.  We sell Halloween and Christmas themed wax warmers during the Holiday Season.
